DAY 1: ROME > SORRENTO
Start your journey with a morning pickup from your Rome hotel (from 6:30 AM) before departing by coach at 7:30 AM. Travel south through Lazio and Campania, soaking in stunning countryside views en route to Sorrento.
Arriving in this Amalfi Coast gem, stroll its vibrant streets, explore artisanal shops, and admire historic churches. After hotel check-in, enjoy a free afternoon or opt for an excursion along the breathtaking Amalfi Coast.
In the evening, savor a delightful dinner at your hotel (smart-casual attire recommended) before an overnight stay in Sorrento.

DAY 2: SORRENTO > CAPRI > SORRENTO
Following breakfast, you’ll set off for the enchanting Capri island. Depending on weather conditions, a boat ride will transport you to the renowned “Grotta Azzurra” (Blue Grotto), a surreal underwater cave where sunlight filters through the seawater, casting a mesmerizing blue hue.
Upon your return to the port, a minibus will await to take you on a picturesque journey to Anacapri, perched at an impressive 918 feet (280 meters) above sea level. From this vantage point, soak in panoramic views of the Bay of Naples. Enjoy some leisure time for lunch (not included).
Afterward, seize the opportunity to explore Capri at your own pace or indulge in some retail therapy. Later, you’ll make your way back to Marina Grande for the return journey to the mainland, concluding the day with dinner and an overnight stay in Sorrento. Meals: B, D

DAY 3: SORRENTO > POMPEII > ROME
After breakfast, enjoy some free time to soak in Sorrento’s charm before your afternoon departure (around 1:15 PM, to be reconfirmed locally).
With your expert tour leader, travel to Pompeii for a guided walking tour of this UNESCO World Heritage Site. Skip-the-line access, personal earphones, and a radio receiver ensure you won’t miss a detail as your guide brings the ancient city—frozen in time by Mount Vesuvius’ 79 AD eruption—to life. After the tour, we return to Rome, arriving around 9 PM (subject to traffic). Meals: B
