You’ll travel from Rome to Naples, with medieval villages to punctuate the way. Touring Naples, you can’t help but contrast its eclectic energy with the eerie beauty amongst the ruins of nearby Pompeii, which long ago suffocated from the sudden eruption of Mt. Vesuvius. Sorrento offers the chance to breathe fresh coastal air and rest your eyes on the Bay of Naples, while an excursion to Capri delights with a dip in its shimmering Blue Grotto.
