  • The final price will vary and is also based on the month of travel
  • Prices are subject to change
  • The tour will operate with a driver-guide in a deluxe Sprinter van if there are nine or fewer passengers on the tour
  • Triple and Quad occupancy have two double beds in the room
  • Gratuities to Tour Directors and Drivers are not included unless specified. Gratuity standards are $9 per person, per day for the tour director and $7 per person, per day for the driver

Itinerary

DAY 1: ANCHORAGE ARRIVAL

Arrive in Anchorage, Alaska’s largest city, where a local representative will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. Overnight in Anchorage.

DAY 2: ANCHORAGE TO DENALI

After breakfast, travel by motorcoach from Anchorage to Denali National Park along the scenic Parks Highway. Enjoy several stops and watch for views of Denali and local wildlife. This evening, enjoy an included welcome dinner. Overnight in Denali. Meals: B, D

Accommodation at the Denali Park Village, Denali, or similar

DAY 3: DENALI NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast, explore Denali National Park on the narrated Tundra Wilderness Tour. Look for bears, moose, caribou and Dall sheep while learning about the park’s wildlife and landscapes. Spend the afternoon at leisure or choose an optional flightseeing, jet boat or Iditarod dog kennel experience. Early May and September tours may be shortened due to road conditions. Overnight in Denali. Meals: B

DAY 4: DENALI TO TALKEETNA

After breakfast, enjoy a leisurely morning or choose an optional Denali excursion. Later, board a deluxe dome railcar for a scenic journey to Talkeetna, a historic town founded during the Susitna River Gold Rush. Overnight in Talkeetna. Meals: B

DAY 5: TALKEETNA TO SEWARD

After breakfast, travel by deluxe motorcoach from Talkeetna to Seward, gateway to Kenai Fjords National Park. Journey along scenic Turnagain Arm and watch for Dall sheep, moose, bears and eagles. Overnight in Seward. Meals: B

DAY 6: SEWARD

After breakfast, explore the coastal town of Seward before embarking on a glacier and wildlife cruise through Kenai Fjords National Park. View dramatic glaciers and watch for seals, sea lions, otters, whales, eagles, and puffins. Lunch is included onboard. Overnight in Seward. Meals: B, L

DAY 7: SEWARD TO ANCHORAGE
