DAY 1: WELCOME TO MADRID
Arrive at the airport and transfer to your hotel. In the evening, join your Tour Director and fellow travelers for an authentic Welcome Tapas Dinner at a local restaurant. We recommend selecting flights that arrive no later than 5 PM to fully enjoy the first day of the itinerary. Meals: D

DAY 2: MADRID SIGHTSEEING
Breakfast at the hotel. Begin your day with a guided city tour led by your Local Expert. Discover the highlights of Madrid, starting with the historic Barrio de la Morería, the Habsburgs District, Plaza Mayor, and Plaza de la Villa. Explore the Madrid of the Bourbons, including the urban planning of Charles III, and admire iconic landmarks such as the Royal Palace, Cibeles and Neptuno Fountains, and Puerta de Alcalá.
Continue to contemporary Madrid, with areas like Gran Vía, Castellana, the Salamanca district, as well as the commercial and financial zones of modern Madrid, including a visit to the Santiago Bernabéu Football Stadium. During the tour, enjoy a tasting of typical chocolate with churros, the quintessential Madrid snack. The afternoon is at your leisure to further explore the city's wonders. Meals: B

DAY 3: MADRID, MERIDA & CORDOBA
Breakfast at the hotel. Depart for Mérida, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its well-preserved Roman ruins, including the Roman Theatre and Amphitheatre. Explore the city’s rich historical heritage before continuing to Córdoba, once the capital of the Caliphate. Meals: B

DAY 4: CORDOBA & SEVILLE
Breakfast at the hotel. Begin your day with an impressive tour of Córdoba’s Mosque (entrance included) and explore other significant sites that will soothe your mind and spirit as you stroll through the narrow, winding streets of the Jewish Quarter, accompanied by your expert local guide.
In the afternoon, continue your journey towards Seville. Tonight, enjoy the opportunity to discover Andalusian cuisine at a local restaurant with your fellow travelers. Meals: B, D

DAY 5: SEVILLE SIGHTSEEING
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, embark on a city tour of the Andalusian capital, Seville, with your Local Expert. Visit the Cathedral, the second largest in the Catholic world after St. Peter’s in Rome. Explore the Santa Cruz quarter, the setting for the tales of Carmen and the myth of Don Juan, and continue to Maria Luisa Park and Plaza de España.
The afternoon is at leisure for you to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the city. Meals: B

DAY 6: SEVILLE, JEREZ & RONDA
After breakfast, travel south through picturesque Andalusian villages to Jerez, where you will experience two essential elements of the Andalusian soul: wine and horses. Visit the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art and enjoy a wine tasting at one of the renowned local wineries.
Continue your journey to Ronda, where you will visit an olive oil production facility at LA Organic and taste their organic olive oil. The rest of the day is at leisure to uncover the secrets of Ronda. Meals: B

DAY 7: RONDA, GIBRALTAR, ALGECIRAS, TANGIER & TETOUAN
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before departing from Ronda toward Gibraltar. Upon arrival, visit the Rock of Gibraltar, followed by free time to explore the area. Continue to Algeciras to board the ferry to Tangier. Upon arrival in Tangier, our first stop in Morocco, transfer to Tetouan, a city known as “The White Dove” with a Medina recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Dinner at the hotel in Tetouan. DAY 8: TETOUAN, CHEFCHAOUEN & FEZ
Begin the day with breakfast, followed by a panoramic visit of Tetouan’s most fascinating sites. Then, continue to Chefchaouen, famously known as the Blue City for the striking color of its houses and streets. Upon arrival, explore the city with a guided walk through Uta El Hammam square, and enjoy free time for shopping and lunch. In the afternoon, depart for Fez, passing through the scenic Rif mountain range. Arrive in Fez by late afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel. Meals: B, D

DAY 9: FEZ SIGHTSEEING
Start the day with breakfast, followed by a full exploration of Fez, Morocco’s religious heart, founded in the 8th century by Idriss II and one of the Four Imperial Capitals. The tour includes visits to iconic sites such as the gates of the Royal Palace, the Jewish Quarter, and a fortress offering panoramic views of Fez el Bali, the ancient medina. A guided walking tour leads to the famed Bab Bou Jeloud gate, introducing a glimpse into a part of the city that retains its medieval atmosphere. Within the medina, a UNESCO World Heritage site, walls encase hundreds of winding alleys filled with rich scents and flavors.
Next, arrive at a traditional palace in the city for a hands-on class in preparing one of Morocco’s signature dishes, couscous. Guests will participate alongside local chefs to complete the dish, followed by lunch at the palace. In the afternoon, visit nearby vineyards for a wine-tasting session.

DAY 10: FEZ, CASABLANCA & MARRAKECH
After breakfast, depart for Marrakech, traveling along the highway. DAY 11: MARRAKECH SIGHTSEEING
Start the day with breakfast before embarking on a city tour of Marrakech. Begin at the grand Menara Gardens, with its scenic pavilion set amidst a vast expanse of olive trees. Continue with an exterior view of the Koutoubia Minaret, the iconic twin of Seville’s Giralda. In the old city, visit the Dar el Bacha Museum, renowned for its stunning architecture. The tour then leads to Jamaa el Fnaa square, a bustling and fascinating cultural hub, offering access to the souks and medina.
In the afternoon, explore various artisan guilds, including woodworkers, potters, tanners, and spice merchants, each showcasing Marrakech’s rich craftsmanship. Later, visit a traditional riad in the medina, where you’ll experience a special tea ceremony led by a master. Learn the art of preparing Morocco’s beloved tea, a staple of the country’s cultural heritage.

DAY 12: MARRAKECH TO RABAT

DAY 13: RABAT, TANGIER, TARIFA & MALAGA
After breakfast, depart for Tangier. Upon arrival, enjoy a panoramic tour including Cape Spartel, the palace route, and the historic Kasbah, once a defensive stronghold against pirate attacks. Transfer to the Tangier port to board a fast catamaran to Tarifa, then continue to Malaga. Meals: B

DAY 14: MALAGA TO GRANADA
After breakfast, explore Malaga’s historical and cultural attractions. Continue to Granada, a true Andalusian gem nestled at the foot of the Sierra Nevada between the Darro and Genil rivers. Here, the remarkable Andalusian legacy, epitomized by the Alhambra, harmonizes with stunning Renaissance architecture.
In the evening, immerse yourself in the art of flamenco with a dance lesson, followed by a dinner and flamenco show at one of Granada’s iconic venues. Afterward, enjoy the breathtaking views of Granada from one of the city’s scenic viewpoints. Meals: B, D
