Enjoy time at leisure to explore the city at your own pace—stroll historic streets, admire Danish design, and soak in the relaxed Nordic atmosphere. Meet your Tour Leader at the hotel reception for a welcome meeting, with timing confirmed based on group arrivals.

After breakfast, meet your local guide for a panoramic sightseeing tour of Copenhagen, the thousand-year-old capital of Denmark. This engaging tour showcases the city’s unique blend of historic charm and modern life. Admire classic architecture and visit the colorful waterfront district of Nyhavn (optional Classic Canal Tour available).
Continue past Amalienborg Palace, home of the Danish Royal Family, and on to the historic power island featuring Christiansborg Palace, the Old Stock Exchange, and the National Museum. The tour concludes with a stop at one of Copenhagen’s most beloved landmarks, The Little Mermaid Statue.
In the afternoon, depart for Aarhus, crossing by ferry from Odden, and continue your Scandinavian journey. Meals: B

After breakfast, enjoy a guided historical tour of Aarhus, Denmark’s second-largest city and European Capital of Culture 2017. Thanks to its strategic location, Aarhus was an important Viking settlement and later developed into a thriving commercial center. During the tour, visit the impressive Romanesque-Gothic Aarhus Cathedral.
Enjoy free time afterward to continue exploring the city at your own pace. In the afternoon, travel north through scenic landscapes to Hirtshals, where you will board an overnight cruise to Norway, beginning the next chapter of your Scandinavian journey. Meals: B

After arrival in Stavanger, enjoy breakfast at a hotel or local restaurant. In the morning, join your Tour Leader for a panoramic walking tour through Stavanger’s charming Old Town, known for its white wooden houses and relaxed coastal atmosphere.
The remainder of the day is free, with the following optional experiences recommended (choose one):
Option A: Lysefjord Cruise
Sail on a scenic 3-hour cruise through the dramatic Lysefjord, getting close to cascading waterfalls and witnessing the awe-inspiring Pulpit Rock rising high above the fjord.
Option B: Lysefjord Cruise & Preikestolen Hike
Combine a fjord cruise with a spectacular hike to world-famous Preikestolen, reaching the iconic plateau for breathtaking panoramic views from the mountaintop.
Note: Guests selecting Option B will not participate in the morning Stavanger walk. Only one option may be selected. Meals: B

After breakfast, continue your journey toward Bergen, traveling along Norway’s stunning coast by ferry from Mortavika to Årsvågen, and from Sandvikvåg to Halhjem.
Arrive in Bergen with free time for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy a panoramic sightseeing tour with a local guide, discovering the city’s most emblematic landmarks, including the lively Fish Market and the historic Hanseatic quarter of Bryggen, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Later, you may take an optional ride on the Fløibanen Funicular to the top of Mount Fløyen, where sweeping panoramic views of Bergen and its surrounding fjords provide a perfect end to the day. Meals: B

After breakfast, travel to Voss to begin one of Norway’s most spectacular rail journeys, climbing nearly 900 meters through dramatic mountain scenery with breathtaking fjord views. Board the train to Myrdal Station, a high-altitude junction perched above the fjords.
In Myrdal, continue on the legendary Flåmsbana, one of the steepest railway lines in the world. This unforgettable journey winds through untouched nature, past the historic Rallar Road, steep mountainsides, roaring waterfalls, and more than 20 tunnels, offering countless photo-worthy viewpoints.
Arrive in the charming fjord village of Flåm and enjoy free time to explore at leisure.
Later, continue by cruise along the majestic Sognefjord—often called the King of Norway’s fjords—to Balestrand, a peaceful rural setting surrounded by nature. The journey includes sailing through the stunning Aurlandsfjord, one of the most picturesque arms of Sognefjord, completing a day rich in iconic Norwegian landscapes. Meals: B

After breakfast, continue your journey through Norway’s dramatic landscapes of mountains, valleys, and picturesque villages, traveling by coach and ferry along the way. Stop to visit the remarkable Borgund Stave Church, a beautifully preserved wooden church dating back to 1180 AD and one of Norway’s finest examples of medieval architecture.
In the afternoon, travel onward past the scenic shores of Lake Tyrifjord before arriving in Oslo, concluding a day filled with cultural heritage and breathtaking natural scenery. Meals: B

After breakfast, enjoy a guided sightseeing tour of Oslo, including a visit to Frogner Park with the renowned Vigeland Sculpture Park. The tour continues past key landmarks such as Oslo City Hall, the Royal Palace, and the striking modern Oslo Opera House.
Enjoy free time for lunch before departing by coach to Sweden. Arrive in Karlstad, beautifully situated in the delta where the Klara River meets the vast Lake Vänern, one of Scandinavia’s most impressive natural waterways. Meals: B

After breakfast, depart eastward to Stockholm, the Swedish capital built across 14 islands. Set between Lake Mälaren and the Baltic Sea, Stockholm’s grand public buildings, palaces, museums, and waterways reflect more than 700 years of rich history.
Upon arrival, enjoy a panoramic sightseeing tour with a local guide, including a visit to Gamla Stan, the atmospheric Old Town known for its cobbled streets and charming squares. See the exteriors of the Royal Palace, Stockholm Cathedral, and the Swedish Parliament, completing your introduction to Sweden’s elegant capital. Meals: B
