DAY 1: WELCOME TO SARDINIA
Welcome to the enchanting island of Sardinia! As you arrive in Cagliari, your adventure begins. Step off the plane and be warmly welcomed by your friendly driver, ready to take you to your hotel in the heart of the city. DAY 2: CAGLIARI
After breakfast, gather in the hotel lobby to meet your experienced local guide and begin a captivating three-hour walking tour through the heart of Sardinia's capital, Cagliari. The historic center is divided into three charming neighborhoods: Castello, Stampace, and Marina. Along the way, you'll discover must-see landmarks such as the Bastion of Saint-Remy, the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, the Elephant Tower, and Via Roma.
The afternoon is yours to enjoy at your own pace. Consider taking a leisurely stroll along the picturesque Cagliari coastline, which leads to the renowned Poetto Beach. This beach is undoubtedly one of Europe's finest urban beaches. You also have the option to explore the Roman Amphitheatre and the National Archaeological Museum, providing a deep dive into the rich historical and cultural heritage from Punic times onwards (optional).
Rest up for another exciting day ahead as you return to your accommodation in Cagliari for the night. Meals: B

DAY 3: CAGLIARI > ORISTANO > THARROS > BOSA > ALGHERO
After a delightful breakfast, we’ll journey towards Alghero, stopping at three charming towns along the way.
First, we’ll visit Oristano to explore its historic cathedral and main square. Next, we’ll head to Tharros, an impressive archaeological site with ruins from the Punic, Roman, and Byzantine eras, set in a stunning coastal location.
Our adventure continues to Bosa for a traditional Sardinian lunch, followed by a stroll through this picturesque town, known for its Castle of Serravalle and local specialties like olive oil and Malvasia wine.
Finally, we’ll pause in Tinnura to admire its colorful murals. Meals: B, L

DAY 4: ALGHERO > NURAGIC COMPLEX & CAPO CACCIA > ALGHERO
After a delightful breakfast, we'll explore the historic heart of Alghero, a charming medieval city with Catalan origins, often called “Barceloneta.” Nestled within seaside walls, it offers a unique charm with noble palaces, churches, and hidden courtyards, plus a stunning 100-kilometer (62-mile) coastline.
At midday, we'll savor Sardinian mountain and sea cuisine at a local estate. In the afternoon, we'll drive along the coast to visit the Nuragic Complex of Palmavera, an ancient village with a complex nuraghe and around 50 huts, one of Sardinia’s most significant Nuragic sites. We'll then visit the magnificent Capo Caccia Natural Reserve for breathtaking cliff and lighthouse views.
Returning to Alghero, you'll have free time to explore and relax before reflecting on the day’s adventures. Meals: B, L

DAY 5: ALGHERO > CASTELSARDO > TEMPIO PAUSANIA > PALAU
After a satisfying breakfast, we'll head towards Palau on the eastern coast of Sardinia, with captivating stops along the way.
First, we’ll visit Castelsardo, a charming coastal village near "Costa Paradiso," known for its rugged beaches and scenic views. We'll explore the historic center and enjoy its breathtaking panoramas.
Next, we’ll stop in Tempio Pausania, a town renowned for its well-preserved ancient center. Stroll through its narrow streets and admire its baroque churches and stone palaces.
Finally, we'll arrive in Palau, where you can check in and relax, ready for more Sardinian adventures. Meals: B

DAY 6: PALAU > GALLURA > PORTO ROTONDO > PORTO CERVO (COSTA SMERALDA) > PALAU
After breakfast, you'll have some leisure time to unwind by the pool or sea, relishing moments of relaxation. Around midday, we'll venture to a charming estate in the Gallura region, where you'll partake in a delightful culinary experience featuring the best of both land and sea.
Following this, we'll embark on a scenic journey along the Costa Smeralda road, making two stops and providing you with free time to explore the exclusive locales of Porto Rotondo and Porto Cervo.
Upon returning to Palau, you'll check back into your accommodation, reflecting on the day's culinary delights and the breathtaking beauty of the Costa Smeralda. Meals: B, L
