DAY 1: WELCOME TO LJUBLJANA
Welcome to Slovenia and its charming capital, Ljubljana! Meet your Tour Director and learn more about the exciting journey ahead. Enjoy some free time to explore Ljubljana at your own pace.

DAY 2: LJUBLJANA HIGHLIGHTS
Start your day with a guided tour of Slovenia’s colorful and charming capital, Ljubljana. Your local guide will lead you through the city’s most important attractions, including Prešeren Square, the iconic Triple Bridge, the fish market, Town Hall, and more.
To complete the Ljubljana experience, you’ll take the funicular up to Ljubljana Castle, where you’ll dive deeper into the history of both the city and Slovenia. From the top, enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the city and the surrounding landscape.
The afternoon is free at leisure, allowing you time to explore, shop, or relax at a local café. Meals: B

DAY 3: LJUBLJANA TO ZAGREB
Say farewell to stunning Slovenia as you journey south to neighboring Croatia. Upon arrival, enjoy a walking tour of Zagreb, Croatia’s historic capital. Discover the charm of Gornji Grad (Upper Town) and Kaptol, where you’ll encounter a medieval maze of churches, palaces, museums, galleries, and government buildings—all nestled within a picturesque hilltop setting.
Spend your afternoon at leisure, with time to explore Zagreb’s lively streets, visit a local market, or relax in one of its many cozy cafés. Meals: B

DAY 4: PLITVICE AND OPATIJA
One of the most photogenic natural parks is waiting for you—Plitvice Lakes National Park will take your breath away! Renowned for its exceptional natural beauty, this area has long attracted nature lovers. On April 8, 1949, it was officially declared Croatia’s first national park. Now a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Plitvice is considered one of the most spectacular natural wonders in the world, with 16 emerald-turquoise lakes interconnected by a mesmerizing system of waterfalls.
After lunch, a scenic drive will take you to the stunning Adriatic coastline, where you’ll settle in Opatija—often referred to as the “grand dame” of coastal Croatia. This elegant seaside resort rose to prominence in the 19th century, hosting esteemed guests such as Emperor Franz Joseph I, Empress Maria Anna, and many others. Meals: B, L

DAY 5: ISTRIA HIGHLIGHTS
Istria is the largest peninsula in the Adriatic Sea, located at the head of the Adriatic between the Gulf of Trieste and the Kvarner Gulf. This charming region is shared by three countries: Italy, Slovenia, and Croatia.
Rovinj, one of the most popular and developed tourist destinations in Croatia, is a true gem. The old town, originally built on an island, is considered one of the most picturesque and romantic places on the Mediterranean.
To truly experience the Istrian spirit, visit a traditional agritourism farm and enjoy a tasting of local delicacies. Then continue on to Poreč, another beloved Istrian destination. A stroll through its historic town center and narrow cobblestone streets will surely mesmerize you.
In the afternoon, return to your hotel and unwind with some free time by the sea. Meals: B

DAY 6: PREDJAMA CASTLE, POSTOJNA CAVE AND JULIAN ALPS
As you say goodbye to the seaside, your adventure continues—this time into the fascinating underworld of the Karst region. Your first stop is Predjama Castle, an incredible Renaissance fortress built within a cave. Unlike any castle you’ve seen before, it’s even listed in the Guinness Book of Records as the largest cave castle in the world. It’s sure to leave you speechless.
Next, enter the queen of caves—Postojna Cave—famous for being the only cave in the world with a train running through it. This subterranean marvel offers a one-of-a-kind journey through a world of stunning rock formations and underground chambers.

DAY 7: BLED AND BOHINJ
It’s time for an Alpine fairy tale! With its breathtaking natural beauty, Bled and its enchanting surroundings rank among the most stunning alpine resorts in the world. The picture-perfect lake, featuring a small island at its center, is truly a sight to behold. Perched high on a cliff, Bled Castle offers panoramic views of the region, while a visit to the island by traditional pletna boat adds a magical touch to your experience.
Your journey continues to Lake Bohinj, the largest alpine lake in Slovenia. A scenic funicular ride takes you to the top of Mt. Vogel, where you’ll be rewarded with unforgettable views of Triglav National Park. After lunch, enjoy some free time to soak in the serene natural beauty or relax along the lakeshore.
