Upon arrival at Rome Airport, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure until you gather with your fellow travelers and tour director for a welcome reception and orientation.

DAY 2: ANCIENT ROME WITH COLOSSEUM

This morning, you'll embark on a journey through Rome's iconic landmarks, starting with the legendary Colosseum. Afterward, explore the magnificent Arch of Constantine, ascend the ancient Palatine Hill, and take in the views of Circus Maximus and the Imperial Palace. Your adventure continues along the historic Via Sacra, known as the "Sacred Way." In the afternoon, you'll have leisure time for further discoveries and activities on your own. Meals: B

DAY 3: THE VATICAN

DAY 4: ROME TO POMPEII, HERCULANEUM AND SALERNO

Bid farewell to Rome as we embark on a journey to Pompeii, a town tragically engulfed by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 A.D. Preserved under layers of ash, these remarkable ruins were unearthed in the 16th century and now stand as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Our journey proceeds to Herculaneum, once a prosperous residential enclave boasting lavish villas owned by affluent Romans. After a day of exploration, we retire to our hotel for the evening. DAY 5: AMALFI COAST

After breakfast, embark on a scenic journey to the Amalfi Coast, renowned for its breathtaking landscapes. Don't miss the opportunity to explore the mesmerizing Emerald Cave, accessible from the port of Amalfi (optional). Our adventure continues to Ravello, where we visit the Cathedral dedicated to Saint Pantaleone and the historic Villa Rufolo.
