DAY 1: WELCOME TO BARCELONA

Welcome to Barcelona! Upon arrival at the airport, you will be transferred to your hotel. Join your Travel Director for a Welcome Dinner at a local restaurant, where you’ll have the opportunity to connect with your fellow travelers over a delightful evening of good food and wine. Meals: D

DAY 2: BARCELONA SIGHTSEEING

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before embarking on a morning city tour of Barcelona. You’ll drive along the main avenues, admiring impressive Gaudí modernist buildings such as La Pedrera and Casa Batlló. Visit Montjuïc Park for spectacular views of the city and harbor, and see the Olympic Ring, the Columbus Monument, and the Olympic Port.

Next, explore Barcelona's most iconic landmark, the Sagrada Familia. Afterward, head to Port Vell to board a catamaran and sail along the beautiful coastline of Barcelona. Upon arrival, the crew will welcome you on board with music, a courtesy drink, and a typical local tapa to kick off your Mediterranean experience. Relax in the shaded aft seats to enjoy the sea breeze, or lie on the forward nets in the sun to soak up some rays and feel closer to the water. This experience is the perfect way to appreciate Barcelona from every angle.

DAY 3: BARCELONA, PENÍSCOLA & VALENCIA

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before setting off towards Valencia, following the beautiful Costa Dorada and the Ebro Delta. Our first stop will be Peñíscola, where you can visit the film locations of "El Cid" and "Game of Thrones."

Afterward, we will continue to Valencia, where you’ll have the chance to taste the traditional "horchata" (tiger milk) and explore this vibrant city, a key capital of the Mediterranean coast. Discover the modern Arts and Sciences Architectural Complex, which includes six stunning elements: the Hemispheric, Umbracle, Science Museum, Oceanographic, Palau de les Arts, and Ágora. Don’t miss the opportunity to stroll through the old town and admire the exterior of the avant-garde Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. Meals: B

DAY 4: VALENCIA TO GRANADA

After breakfast, we continue our journey towards Andalusia, arriving in Granada. Nestled at the foot of the Sierra Nevada, between the Darro and Genil rivers, Granada is truly one of the jewels of Andalusia. Here, the impressive Andalusian legacy, highlighted by the magnificent Alhambra, is complemented by stunning Renaissance architectural gems.

In the afternoon, you’ll have the opportunity to learn how to dance flamenco before enjoying a dinner accompanied by a flamenco show in one of the most traditional venues in Granada. DAY 5: GRANADA TO SEVILLE

After breakfast, we will visit the world-famous Alhambra complex and the beautiful Generalife Gardens.

Next, we’ll travel through olive groves and picturesque white villages as we make our way to Seville, the capital of Andalusia. Tonight, you’ll have the chance to enjoy a typical dinner with your fellow travelers, where you can explore the flavors of traditional Andalusian cuisine together. Meals: B, D

DAY 6: SEVILLE

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before embarking on a morning city tour of the Andalusian capital, Seville. We’ll visit the Cathedral, the second largest in the Catholic world after St. Peter’s in Rome, and explore the charming Santa Cruz quarter, the setting for both the story of Carmen and the legend of Don Juan. We'll also stroll through Maria Luisa Park and admire the stunning Plaza de España.

DAY 7: SEVILLE TO MADRID VIA CORDOBA

Departing for Córdoba, the ancient capital of the caliphate. Upon arrival, you'll tour the impressive Mosque and wander through the narrow streets of the Jewish Quarter.

Next, we’ll continue our journey to Madrid, driving through the natural border of Despeñaperros and along La Mancha, the land of Don Quixote. Finally, we will arrive in Madrid. Meals: B

DAY 8: MADRID SIGHTSEEING

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before discovering the beauties of Madrid with a guided city tour. Explore the historic Barrio de la Morería, the Hapsburgs District, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, and Plaza de la Villa. Learn about the Madrid of the Bourbons and the urban planning of Charles III, visiting landmarks such as the Royal Palace, Cibeles and Neptuno Fountains, and the Puerta de Alcalá.

You’ll also experience contemporary Madrid, with highlights including Gran Vía, Castellana, the Salamanca district, and the iconic Santiago Bernabéu Football Stadium. During the visit, you’ll have the chance to savor the typical chocolate with churros, a beloved Madrid snack.

The afternoon is yours to explore the city further at your leisure. In the evening, join your fellow travelers for a farewell dinner featuring regional favorites. Meals: B, D

DAY 9: MADRID TO PORTO VIA SALAMANCA

Breakfast at the hotel. Today, we head towards Portugal, driving first to Salamanca. Take some free time to explore this historic university city, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its rich architectural and artistic heritage. We then continue our journey to the Portuguese border, arriving in Porto, a city located along the Douro River estuary in northern Portugal. Porto, one of Europe’s oldest cities, was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1996. Meals: B

DAY 10: PORTO SIGHTSEEING

Breakfast at the hotel, followed by a guided sightseeing tour of Porto. Explore key landmarks such as the Cathedral, the Stock Exchange building, and the Santa Clara Church. Afterward, enjoy a scenic Douro River cruise and visit the famous Port Wine cellars, where a wine-tasting experience is included. The rest of the day is at your leisure. DAY 11: PORTO, AVEIRO & COIMBRA

We then continue to Coimbra, where we’ll meet a local guide for a tour of this historic city, renowned for its prestigious university—one of the oldest in Europe—its charming medieval streets, and its beautiful riverfront. DAY 12: COIMBRA, BATALHA, NAZARE & LISBON

Continue to the picturesque fishing town of Nazaré, where you’ll have time at leisure to explore. From there, we journey to Lisbon, crossing the Tagus River to Cacilhas for a delightful seafood dinner at a local restaurant. Meals: B, D

DAY 13: LISBON SIGHTSEEING

After breakfast, embark on a morning city tour of ancient Olissipo. Drive through its iconic squares and avenues, including the Belém Tower, Jerónimos Monastery, Monument to the Discoveries, Marquis of Pombal Square, and Liberty Avenue. In the afternoon, enjoy leisure time to explore the nostalgic corners of the Alfama Quarter, the city’s oldest district, nestled beneath the castle. Wander through its narrow, winding “ruas” lined with colorful buildings and traditional “tabernas.” The rest of the day is yours to continue exploring this magnificent city at your own pace.
