Your second-class train ticket will take you through a scenic route, with one change in Visp. The approximate travel time for this leg of your journey is around 3 hours.

Once you arrive in Zermatt, make your way to your chosen hotel. Nestled in the Valais canton of southern Switzerland, Zermatt is renowned for its excellent opportunities for skiing, climbing, and hiking. DAY 8: BERNINA EXPRESS & MILAN ARRIVAL

On your own, make your way to St. Moritz Train Station. You'll be embarking on an exciting journey through the Swiss and Italian Alps.

In the morning, board the Bernina Express, a panoramic train that offers stunning views as it connects the northern and southern regions of Europe. The route takes you through the UNESCO World Heritage site of the Rhaetian Railway, offering glimpses of glaciers and even palm trees along the way. This leg of your journey will take approximately 2 hours.

Upon arriving in Tirano, you'll change trains. From there, you'll continue your journey to Milan by train, with an approximate travel time of 2.5 hours. Once you arrive in Milan, a private transfer by will be arranged to take you from Milano Central train station to your hotel. Meals: B
