Small Group Tours have maximum group sizes ranging from 6 to 25 travellers; this is a range across different tours, rather than a guaranteed minimum or maximum for every departure. Independent Tours may combine small-group, private and larger-group excursions, each with its own group size.
We recommend bringing one checked bag and one carry-on bag per person due to limited luggage space on coaches and other tour vehicles.
A deposit of $500 per person is required for Escorted and Small Group Tours. Independent Tours require a 25% deposit to confirm your booking. Deposits for Custom Itineraries vary depending on the services and arrangements included.
Tips and gratuities are not included unless otherwise specified in your tour itinerary. Gratuities for tour guides, drivers, hotel staff and restaurant staff are always appreciated but remain entirely at your discretion.
If your booking includes airport transfers, a professional driver or representative will meet you in the airport arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. They will assist you with your transfer to your accommodation.
