DAY 1: MILAN > LAKE ORTA > STRESA > COMO
Benvenuti a Milano! Departure at 8:30 am is from the Hotel Starhotels Ritz in Milan to Lake Orta. Stop in the beautiful village of Orta San Giulio for a short visit. Tour by boat to reach the island of San Giulio, just in front of the village known as The Pearl of the Lake.
After a short visit, you will take the ferry back to Orta and depart to Stresa, a resort town on Italy’s Lake Maggiore. Enjoy the marvelous views of the Borromean Islands directly opposite Stresa. Enjoy free time for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy a tour of the Isola dei Pescatori by boat. Continue to the Isola Bella where you might opt for a visit to the Borromeo Palace with its magnificent gardens. Return to Stresa and depart to Como.

DAY 2: COMO > BELLAGIO > BERGAMO
After breakfast, enjoy a visit to Como, a small town with amazing natural panoramas of mountains, Lake Como, and wild alpine valleys. Visit Bellagio by boat, the Pearl of Lake Como is famous worldwide for its beautiful villas overlooking the water. Spend some time strolling this picturesque village with its small streets, luxury hotels, villas, and gardens, stopping for lunch in one of the many cafés in town. Before lunch (not included), we invite you to try a Prosecco as a welcome drink to Bellagio in a typical wine cellar.
In the afternoon, enjoy a panoramic tour before moving on to Bergamo, a truly historic and artistic jewel. After a short walking tour of the city center, check-in at your new hotel for the night. Meals: B

DAY 3: BERGAMO > SIRMIONE > RIVA DEL GARDA > VERONA
After breakfast, depart to Lake Garda, the largest lake in Italy. Enjoy a panoramic tour of the lake’s west coast, taking in the splendid natural scenery, brilliant colors, and the gentle slopes of the moraine hills. Next, you will move on to Sirmione, where you will see Lake Garda and its surroundings at their finest. See the sun shining off of the lake’s blue waters and tree-lined shores, the Sirmione cape, the Castle, and the Catullo’s ruins on a boat tour.
Back on land, you will have free time for lunch before departing for Riva del Garda on the north side of the lake, where you will see its Venetian-style historic center. Verona will be your final stop of the day, where you will check in to your hotel for the night. Meals: B

DAY 4: VERONA > LAKE ISEO > MILAN > GENOA
After breakfast, enjoy a city tour of Verona, famous for being the setting of Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet, and the Verona Arena, a massive 1st-century Roman amphitheater. A walk through its narrow streets will allow you to get in touch with Verona’s varied and fascinating past. The combination of art and history will surely take your breath away. Stop in Lake Iseo, nestled in between Lake Como and Lake Garda for free time.
In the afternoon, depart to Genoa via Milan. Upon arrival, discover Genoa, a port city and the capital of northwest Italy's Liguria region. See all the highlights of the beautiful coastal city and learn about the city’s history and innovations. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure to explore this fascinating city. Meals: B

DAY 5: RAPALLO, SANTA MARGHERITA LIGURE & PORTOFINO
Today you will be invited to taste focaccia, a typical local kind of bread in both versions, regular and with cheese. Afterward, depart to Rapallo, a charming coastal town on the Italian Riviera. Walk along the promenade, which is one of the best places to see the sights of the port city. Continue to Santa Margherita Ligure, one of the most attractive and charming in the Riviera.
In the afternoon, travel to experience the beauty of Portofino, a seaside town, one of the most popular resort towns on the Italian Riviera. The town is known for its colorfully painted buildings that line the shore. The town is clustered around its half-moon-shaped harbor filled with yachts and fishing boats. Afterward, return to Genoa for the evening. Meals: B

DAY 6: PORTO VENERE & CINQUE TERRE
Breakfast at the hotel and departure to the medieval fishing village of Porto Venere, a Riviera jewel overlooking the Gulf of La Spezia. Continue by ferry (depending on weather conditions) to Cinque Terre. Cinque Terre is a rugged coastline on the Italian Riviera and consists of the five stunning hillside towns Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, and Riomaggiore. Enjoy free time to explore on your own.
