DAY 1: ROME ARRIVAL

Upon arrival at Rome Fiumicino Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel by private car. After settling into your accommodation, enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure to begin exploring the Eternal City. Take the opportunity to discover Rome’s iconic landmarks, such as Piazza Navona, the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps, at your own pace.

DAY 2: IMPERIAL ROME WITH THE COLOSSEUM

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before setting out for another day of exploring Rome. Today, you’ll join an Imperial Tour of Rome to admire the monuments of the Roman Forum, enter the Colosseum, and listen to your guide’s presentation of the evocative history of ancient Rome and the gladiator battles that took place there.

Recommended Optional Tours:

In the afternoon, enjoy free time to continue exploring the Eternal City. Consider joining an optional afternoon tour to visit the Vatican Museums, an unforgettable experience with its vast collection of art and history, including the renowned Sistine Chapel, St. Peter’s Basilica, and much more. DAY 3: ROME TO FLORENCE

After breakfast at the hotel, make your way independently to the train station to board a high-speed train to Florence. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure to explore Florence, known as the ‘Cradle of the Renaissance.’ Meals: B

DAY 4: FLORENCE SIGHTSEEING

After breakfast at the hotel, embark on a half-day guided tour to explore Florence’s rich two-thousand-year history. Your expert local guide will lead you through the city’s most beautiful squares and monuments, providing insights into the sights that have made Florence a top global destination.

The rest of the day is yours to continue discovering Florence. Consider visiting one of the city’s renowned museums (please note that museums in Florence are closed on Mondays), such as the Uffizi Galleries, which houses masterpieces by Italian Renaissance masters like Leonardo da Vinci, Caravaggio, Raphael, Titian, Botticelli, and others. Alternatively, you might visit the Accademia Gallery to see Michelangelo’s famous statue of David or take a half-day trip to Pisa to view its iconic Leaning Tower. Meals: B

DAY 5: FLORENCE TO VENICE

After breakfast at the hotel, board the high-speed train to Venice. The journey takes approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes. Upon arrival, you’ll check into your hotel. In the afternoon, enjoy an included 30-minute gondola ride.

Before dinner in Venice, it’s traditional to have an aperitif featuring “cichéti” (small snacks) at one of the many “bacari” (taverns) found along the “calli” (the name for Venetian streets). This is an experience not to be missed! Meals: B

DAY 6: VENICE AT YOUR OWN PACE

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then dedicate a full day to discovering Venice or exploring its lagoon. You can choose a guided walking tour through the city’s most famous sites, including Piazza San Marco with the Basilica and the Clock Tower, and the Rialto Bridge. Alternatively, opt for a skip-the-line guided tour of the Doge’s Palace, where you can explore the Doge’s luxurious apartments and the famous Bridge of Sighs.

For a different experience, consider a boat trip to the islands of the Venice lagoon. Visit Murano, renowned worldwide for its glass craftsmanship; Burano, famous for its lace and the brightly painted fishermen’s houses; and Torcello, the first settlement in the lagoon. Meals: B

DAY 7: VENICE TO MILAN

After breakfast at the hotel, we board the high-speed train to Milan, a journey of approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes. Upon arrival, we check in at our hotel, followed by free time to explore the city at your own pace. A one-day hop-on/hop-off tourist bus ticket is included, featuring a multilingual audio guide—an ideal way to discover Milan’s iconic landmarks such as the Duomo, Castello Sforzesco, Basilica of Sant’Ambrogio, and the Navigli canals, the heart of the city’s vibrant nightlife.

You may wish to continue your sightseeing with a guided visit to the renowned Teatro alla Scala and its museum—an unforgettable experience inside one of the world’s most famous opera houses. DAY 8: LAKE COMO EXCURSION FROM MILAN

Today, use your round-trip train ticket from Milan to Como for a perfect day at Lake Como. Stroll through the charming town of Como, then cruise across the lake with your navigation pass, taking in elegant villas, lush gardens, and breathtaking mountain views. Return to Milan in the evening and enjoy dinner in the vibrant Brera district. Meals: B

DAY 9: MILAN TO PARIS BY TRAIN

In the early morning, embark on one of the most scenic train journeys in Europe from Milan to the romantic city of Paris. The earliest train usually departs around 6:00 a.m., and the journey takes approximately 7 hours. We recommend requesting a breakfast box from your hotel the day before. Cross breathtaking landscapes as you leave behind the beauty of Italy and travel into France, arriving in the heart of Paris.

Once there, the day is yours to explore at your leisure—visit iconic landmarks, stroll through the charming streets of Montmartre, or relax in one of the city’s many cafes. Conclude your day with an overnight stay in Paris, where you can unwind and savor the magic of the City of Light. Meals: B

DAY 10: PARIS HIGHLIGHTS

Breakfast at the hotel. Today, experience Paris like a true Parisian on a panoramic roof bus tour, exploring the city’s most iconic neighborhoods and landmarks—from the majestic Eiffel Tower to the historic Notre Dame Cathedral—while admiring the elegant architecture that makes the “City of Light” so enchanting.

Next, see Paris from a new perspective on a scenic Seine River cruise aboard a glass-enclosed boat, followed by a visit to the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower for breathtaking panoramic views of the capital. Overnight stay in Paris. Meals: B

DAY 11: VERSAILLES EXCURSION

Breakfast at the hotel. Today, visit the magnificent Palace of Versailles and its dazzling treasures. Meet your guide and small group in central Paris, then take a short train ride to Versailles. Skip the line and explore the lavish King and Queen’s apartments, the stunning Hall of Mirrors, and the palace chapel while hearing fascinating stories of royal life and intrigue. Afterwards, enjoy time to stroll through the grand gardens or visit the Trianon Estate and Marie Antoinette’s Hamlet. Return to Paris at your leisure with your included train ticket (the return trip is unescorted).
