Itinerary
DAY 1: WELCOME TO ROME
Welcome to Italy! This incredible journey begins with the discovery of the beauty of our magical peninsula. Reach your hotel on your own or book one of our private transfers and check-in at your hotel. There are no activities planned before the group meeting in the afternoon; there are so many things to do in Rome so arriving early is recommended.
At 3 pm partake a short briefing with the tour leader and join the rest of the group for an unforgettable “Wine and food afternoon experience in Castelli Romani by train”, an evening tour to the gleaming Frascati, the famous city chosen in centuries by the Popes and aristocratic families for their summer homes. You will have dinner in a “Fraschetta” a typical restaurant where you can savor typical Roman dishes: from sandwiches with the famous spicy Ariccia pork to the “coda alla vaccinara” oxtail stew and the Roman lamb hotpot known as “abbacchio” as well as various dishes based on beans such as Borlotti beans with pork rind. DAY 2: ROME TO SORRENTO VIA POMPEII
In the morning, after breakfast in the hotel, get on the high-speed train to Napoli. After an hour's journey, you will begin your wonderful day with a tour on the Sorrentine peninsula, stopping to see the extraordinary Pompeii and its magic. Let the dramatic history of the Roman city, destroyed and buried from the eruption of the Vesuvius in 79 A.D, touch you. You will walk among the ruins of this mysterious city. Later you will stop for lunch. Around 4:00 pm you will continue to Sorrento. There, your hotel, facing the sea, and your luggage coming straight from Rome, will be waiting for you. The dinner will be at the hotel and afterward, you can enjoy the rest of the evening at your leisure. Meals: B, D

DAY 3: CAPRI
After breakfast, let's discover the island of Capri: once at the Marina Grande port, you will go round the island by boat, admiring the island's sites and other wonders, such as the Grotta Bianca, Marina Piccola bay, and Punta Carena lighthouse. After your return from your boat trip, you will have some free time to walk on the island by yourself, to do some shopping and to take some incredible panoramic photos. At the end of the trip, you will embark on the hydrofoil and come back to Sorrento, where you will have about an hour of free time before you return to your hotel. The dinner will be at the hotel and afterward, you can enjoy the rest of the evening at your pleasure. Meals: B, D

DAY 4: SORRENTO
All you need today is a relaxing day dedicated to shopping and the discovery of the Sorrentine peninsula. Therefore, we offer you a whole day of distraction where you can dive into the hotel's swimming pool, sunbathe at the beautiful beaches, or we can organize a tour to take you to Amalfi and Positano! DAY 5: SORRENTO
