DAY 1: ROME ARRIVAL

Arrive at Rome Fiumicino Airport and enjoy a private car transfer to your hotel. The remainder of the day is free to begin exploring the Eternal City at your own pace. If you arrive early, consider joining an optional cooking class to learn how to make authentic Italian pizza, pasta, and gelato. In the evening, take a stroll through the charming Trastevere district, known for its traditional restaurants. Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 2: ROME SIGHTSEEING

Start your day with breakfast at the hotel, followed by a hop-on hop-off open bus tour. DAY 3: ROME AT YOUR LEISURE

DAY 4: ROME TO FLORENCE

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before making your way to the train station for your high-speed train to Florence, a journey of approximately 1.5 hours. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and take some time to explore the ‘Cradle of the Renaissance’ at your own pace. You can join a guided walking tour to see Florence’s key sights, such as Piazza della Repubblica, Piazza della Signoria, and the Ponte Vecchio, or opt for a guided tour of the Uffizi Galleries or the Accademia Gallery to view Renaissance masterpieces, including Michelangelo’s David (museums are closed on Mondays). Following breakfast, take a regional train to Monterosso, with a change in Pisa or La Spezia. The journey takes approximately 3 hours. Monterosso is the gateway to exploring the Cinque Terre, a stunning coastal region composed of five picturesque villages perched along the cliffs: Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, and Riomaggiore. Your package includes a two-day Cinque Terre Train Card, which grants access to the National Park area and allows unlimited travel on the regional trains and buses connecting the villages.
