DAY 1: LISBON ARRIVAL & STARGAZING

Welcome to Lisbon! After your arrival at the airport, meet and greet your driver where you will be transferred to your hotel in Evora.

Upon arrival, start your holiday with an unforgettable experience - stargazing with a professional astronomy guide! Every night, nature puts on a spectacular show of stars and planets, uniquely shining and twinkling in the clear Alentejo sky. Far from the “pollution” of the city lights, the Évora Farm Hotel & Spa is the perfect place for stargazing, whenever the sky is clear and the weather is dry.

DAY 2: EVORA WALKS & WINE EXPERIENCE

Meet your guide in the heart of the town and start your exploration of Evora, walking through its narrow streets lined with white houses, discovering along the way the monuments and details that reveal the history of the city and its rich heritage. In the afternoon, enjoy a wine tasting. The Évora Farm is a space where gastronomy and wine are an experience in and of themselves. Join your host in the Lobby Bar and embark on a delicious exploration of Portuguese-style tapas, washed down with a good wine, while you learn about the region's wine-growing history. DAY 3: VEGETABLE GARDEN WORKSHOP & PICNIC ON ALENTEJO PLAINS

After a rich breakfast, meet your host for an interesting workshop to learn more about the local vegetable garden and its nutritional benefits by watching an entertaining cooking demonstration using ingredients that you can try for yourself at home. Later, experience a fantastic picnic on the Alentejo plains. Enjoy stress-free moments in contact with nature, savoring a healthy meal. DAY 4: EVORA TO THE ALENTEJO COASTLINE

Meet your driver and transfer to the Alentejo Coastline. Your hotel, The Santiago, is located between the Lagoas de Santo André and Sancha Natural Reserve on the Alentejo coastline and the old fisherman village of Sines, birthplace of the celebrated navigator Vasco da Gama. This is a perfect place to enjoy the beach and the sea, immerse yourself in the untouched nature, discover the history of ancient Portugal or simply relax. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

In the evening, enjoy a delicious dinner at A’Terra, a restaurant that is a large Alentejo kitchen with meals that are an invitation to return to the origins of the region. Overnight in Santiago do Cacém. Meals: B, D

DAY 5: LOCAL MARKET VISIT & COOKING CLASS

Start your morning with a visit to the local market with your chef to buy the ingredients to prepare a typical fresh “massa” (pasta) with vegetables. It will be a great opportunity to familiarize yourself with local culture, mix with locals and spend three wonderful hours. In the end, enjoy a tasty lunch. The afternoon is free at leisure to explore the area. Meals: B, L

DAY 6: ALENTEJO ORGANIC WINE EXPERIENCE

Enjoy the morning at leisure. In the afternoon, transfer to the nearby family estate managed “Brejinho da Costa”. Luis, the winemaker has adopted a sustainable approach for its organic production. His purpose is not only to make great wines but also to protect the landscape and the environment escaping the temptation of intensive agriculture. Here you will learn the story of this land and meet great people. You will taste the wines produced by Luis and his family, paired with unique local food, learning a little more about the Alentejo traditions. Meals: B
