DAY 1: WELCOME TO ROME

Welcome to Rome! After your arrival at the airport, make your way to your hotel (an optional private transfer is available). After check-in, take some time to relax and then perhaps head out to begin your discovery of Rome.

We suggest starting to explore the city to familiarize yourself with it and delve into its atmosphere. Rome is an open-air museum, you will be impressed by the stunning beauty of its many squares, churches, and fountains as well as by the ancient ruins. Also, you may choose between the many afternoon activities offered by us. We have a lot of ideas and proposals, just let us know what you want to do and we'll take care of everything.

DAY 2: IMPERIAL ROME WITH COLOSSEUM

Today with an expert guide, visit the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill with your skip-the-line entrance. With a guide, head into the Colosseum to walk in the footsteps of gladiators. Explore the ruins of the Roman Forum, then discover the history of Ancient Rome on Palatine Hill.

Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure to explore Rome on your own. Or join an optional Vatican tour and discover one of Rome’s greatest symbols. Experience the history of the Vatican Museums, the Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter’s Basilica. Meals: B

DAY 3: ROME TO FLORENCE

After breakfast, make your way to the train station and board your high-speed train to Florence, traveling comfortably in Standard Class. Upon arrival in Florence, make your way to the hotel. Enjoy the rest of the morning at leisure.

Stroll the historic city center of Florence which is very easy to walk around. Admire many of the monuments of Florence including the Duomo, Piazza Della Signoria, and Ponte Vecchio. Treat yourself to some local specialties like a juicy Fiorentina steak with red wine.

DAY 4: FLORENCE HIGHLIGHTS

Begin your day of discovery with two of the most beautiful and romantic spots in the world, Piazzale Michelangelo and Fiesole, where your guide will point out the main monuments of the city from these magnificent panoramic terraces including the Brunelleschi's Cupola, Palazzo Vecchio, and much more!

Next, visit the Accademia Gallery, which is famous for Michelangelo’s, David. The tour ends with a stroll through the historic streets of the city to arrive in Piazza Duomo, where you in Piazza Duomo, where you will see from the outside the impressive Duomo, Giotto’s Bell Tower, and the Baptistry. DAY 5: FLORENCE TO CINQUE TERRE (LA SPEZIA) VIA PISA

After breakfast, make your way to the train station and board your regional train to Pisa, traveling comfortably in Standard Class. Upon arrival in Pisa, make your way to the front of the station and leave your luggage at the luggage depot in front of the station (reservation and cost included), and discover independently the Square of Miracles and the Leaning Tower of Pisa, which undeniably is one of the world’s most recognizable structures.

Afterward, make your way back to Pisa Central Station to catch your train to La Spezia (Cinque Terre). Upon arrival in Florence, make your way to the hotel. The option to not visit Pisa is also available. Meals: B

DAY 6: CINQUE TERRE

After breakfast, take advantage of your Cinque Terre Trekking and Train Card to reach the enchanted area of Cinque Terre, where colorful villages are embedded among the rocks like pearls in a jewel. The card allows you to make an unlimited number of trips by rail to fully enjoy the Cinque Terre. Meals: B
