Itinerary

DAY 1: WELCOME TO VENICE

Benvenuti a Venezia! After your arrival at the airport, meet your driver for a private transfer to your hotel. Upon arrival at your hotel, enjoy your first day in the city at your own leisure.

You will have free time to relax and before meeting again the group in the afternoon for a guided tour, including an authentic Gondola ride, a romantic way to visit the city through their famous canals. Then deepen in the Venetian cuisine and traditions tasting the Cicchetti, accompanied by a local wine, through a guided walking tour. The rest of the evening will be at your leisure.

DAY 2: VENICE TO FLORENCE

In the morning, after breakfast in the hotel, you will have the whole morning free to discover the city. Ask the expert tour guide what to do and where to go. In the afternoon take a high-speed train. You will arrive in Florence in two hours, without worrying about your luggage. Once there, make your way to your hotel, and late in the afternoon start a guided tour on foot throughout the Florentine streets, admiring the beauty of the artistic city.

After the tour, we suggest enjoying the optional dinner based on local and typical products, as well as Tuscany’s well-known worldwide Fiorentina, a T-Bone steak.

DAY 3: PISA, SIENA, SAN GIMIGNANO & CHIANTI

Today join a full-day excursion to Tuscany, an undisputed protagonist of the world tourist landscape. You will visit the ravishing medieval villages by bus. You will reach Pisa, going through the beautiful Piazza Dei Miracoli, then you can admire the baptistry, the cathedral, and of course the famous pending tower.

The wonders will continue visiting San Gimignano, an exquisite medieval city, a heritage of humanity of UNESCO. You will have lunch in a typical enoteca, where you will taste famous local wines and typical traditional dishes. Return to Florence and have a free evening and then return to your hotel.

DAY 4: FLORENCE AT LEISURE

Our trips are the ideal mix of activities organized by us and our free time! Today you will have the possibility to enhance your knowledge and your cultural background through a series of optional activities. You could dive into the Florentine history of art visiting by visiting the Uffizi or Accademia Gallery, or enjoy a culinary tour tasting local products and wines.

Get lost among the city streets on a bicycle or a Vespa, in the whole Italian style, or if you please, you can explore the wonderful Cinque Terre. Just ask us at the time of booking or your tour leader, who will organize the day for you in the best possible way.

DAY 5: FLORENCE TO ROME

After breakfast take a high-speed train to Rome. As before, don’t worry about your luggage, we will take care of it for you. Upon arrival, depart for a panoramic tour of the “Eternal City” including the Vatican Museums with the “skip-the-line” access. You will have direct access to the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica to admire the treasures of the Vatican.

In the afternoon meet up again for the guided stroll throughout the alleys of the Baroque Rome, and see sites such as the magical Piazza Navona and the famous Pantheon.

After the tour, enjoy the rest of the afternoon at your leisure.

DAY 6: ANCIENT ROME HIGHLIGHTS

Today explore one of Rome’s greatest symbols. Experience the ancient majesty of the Colosseum, Palatine Hill, and Roman Forum, led by an expert guide.

In the afternoon, join an optional excursion to the Borghese Gallery. Take home a piece of Italy, participating in a cooking experience in Pasta or Pizza Making! Discover all the secrets of how to make delicious pasta from an expert Italian chef and impress your friends by making one yourself when back home. You can purchase all the activities on the go, directly from the tour director.

DAY 7: ROME DEPARTURE

Today meet your driver for a private transfer from your hotel to the Rome Airport for your onward journey.
