Lisbon > Óbidos > Alcobaça > Nazaré > Batalha > Fátima > Lisbon



Leaving Lisbon, we drive northwards and arrive at our first point of visit: the beautiful walled town of Óbidos with its picturesque streets and Pousada do Castelo. We then move onto Alcobaça to visit the 12th century Church with the tombs of D. Pedro and Inês de Castro. For lunch, we head to Nazaré, the most colourful of Portuguese fishing villages. In the afternoon, we visit Batalha Monastery, a masterpiece in the gothic style and classified as World Heritage by UNESCO. Arrival at the hotel in Fátima. Meals: L


After breakfast at the hotel, the day is at your disposal for activities of a personal nature in Fátima, a centre of the Christian Faith and a world pilgrimage site, visiting the church where the tombstones of Lúcia, Jacinta and Francisco are, as well as the Chapel of Apparitions at the heart of the shrine. There is also time to attend mass. At the end of the day, we return to Lisbon through this colourful farming region. End of services. Meals: B
