You’ll meander through energetic and enigmatic Naples, be haunted by the evidence of Pompeii’s ashy demise, and watch thousands of shades of brilliant blue radiate from Capri’s famed Blue Grotto. Spend your leisure time in Sorrento, lingering over lunch and contemplating the imposing shadow of Mt. Vesuvius

Itinerary
Day 1: Rome – Naples – Pompeii – Sorrento
Morning departure from Rome to Naples. Upon arrival, enjoy a panoramic city tour followed by a guided visit to Pompeii and the ruins of the famous Roman city. After lunch, continue to Sorrento for the evening. (L/D)
Day 2: Sorrento
Day at leisure. (B/D)
Day 3: Sorrento – Capri
After breakfast, transfer to Capri where we will enjoy a tour of the island and an optional excursion to the Blue Grotto. (B)
Day 4: Capri
Day at leisure in Capri. (B)
Day 5: Capri - Rome
Enjoy the morning and early afternoon at leisure in Capri before we depart for Naples and then back to Rome. (B)
