Itinerary

Day 1: VENICE (D)
Arrive in Venice and transfer to your hotel. Meeting with your tour director at 6:00pm. This evening includes a special welcome dinner with wine.

Day 2: VENICE (B)
After breakfast , a walking tour of Venice with a local guide featuring St. Mark’s Square , Doge’s Palace and the Bridge of Sighs. Afternoon and evening at leisure.

Optional: Try a Gondola ride through the canals of Venice.

Day 3: VENICE – FLORENCE (B)
After breakfast we depart for Florence, “Cradle of the Renaissance”. After your hotel check-in, meet our local guide for a walking tour of Florence, with a highlight visit to the Accademia Gallery to see Michelangelo’s David. Overnight in Florence.

Day 4: FLORENCE (B)
Day at leisure to enjoy the many wonderful corners of this beautiful Renaissance treasure.

Optional: Visit Pisa and the Leaning Tower, or try to improve your culinary skills and enjoy an Italian cooking lesson!
Overnight in Florence.

Day 5: FLORENCE – ROME (B)
This morning we depart for Rome. After your hotel check-in, we meet our local guide for a sightseeing tour of the Eternal City. The Colosseum, the Roman Forum, the Arch of Constantine are a few of the sights you will have a chance to see. Evening at leisure.

Day 6: ROME (B)(D)
The morning tour of Rome will take us to Vatican City. Our highlight today will include a visit to the famous Vatican Museum and the legendary ceiling of the Sistine Chapel created by one the greatest Renaissance artists, Michelangelo. Afternoon at leisure.

Tonight we meet for a farewell dinner of typical Roman fare in Trastevere, an authentic area of Rome. After dinner we can stroll through the streets of this lively area. Overnight in Rome.

Day 7: ROME (B)
Our tour ends today after breakfast and for those departing, transfers will be included.
